Made around your project

Your artwork, turned into a clean impression.

Make your mark with a custom stamp produced by Stranger Hands in London. Start with a logo, illustration, lettering or reference image. We adapt the artwork into printable relief and discuss the depth, detail, handle and material around the surface you want to mark. UK and international enquiries are welcome.

What we can help with

Designed around what you press it into.

  1. 01

    Your image, made into relief

Logos, lettering and illustrations are adapted for a clean impression. Fine details may need simplifying to suit the final size.

  2. 02

    Shape, depth and handle

Discuss a round, rectangular or custom outline, the relief depth and a grip that works for your process.

  3. 03

    Designed for your material

Tell us whether you are working with clay, wax, soap or another surface. We will discuss suitability and whether a test is needed.

Stamp or roller?

One mark, or a whole surface.

A stamp places one impression exactly where you press it. A texture roller carries a pattern continuously across a surface.

A few useful answers

Before we get started

Can you make a stamp from any image?

You can start with any image you have permission to use. Not every detail will reproduce at every size, so we review the artwork and explain any simplification needed before making it.

Will the stamp work with ink, clay or hot materials?

Please specify the intended material and temperature. A rigid printed stamp is different from a rubber ink stamp, and suitability must be agreed for your use.

Do you ship custom stamps across the UK or overseas?

Yes, we can discuss UK and international delivery. Include the destination and any deadline in your quote request.
