Shipping policy
Stranger Hands ships from London. Every piece is made, finished or packed by hand in the studio, so the time before dispatch depends on what you have ordered.
Delivery costs
We post to the UK and to most countries worldwide with Royal Mail. Choose your country in the basket and it shows the exact delivery price and time before you pay. Your delivery address at checkout needs to be in the country you chose.
The prices below are for our Normal and Express services, per order. Normal is tracked and Express is the faster service. A few larger pieces cost more to post; their product page and the basket show it, and a basket with a mix of pieces pays the highest rate once rather than for each item.

UK delivery is free on orders over £150.00. Free delivery applies to UK addresses only.
Orders sent abroad
International Normal orders go by Royal Mail International Tracked; Express orders go by Parcelforce globalexpress. Your country’s customs may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives; these are set by that country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient. Customs checks can also add to the delivery times above.
Making and dispatch times
Pieces that are in stock are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order and preorder pieces take longer, and the listing for each one gives its own lead time.
If your order is a gift for a particular date, please tell us before you order so we can confirm it is achievable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays.
Commissions and studio services
Custom busts, wedding figurines, printing, laser cutting and repair work are quoted individually, and timings are agreed with you as part of the quote rather than set by this page.
Digital files
Digital models and add-ons are delivered as downloads. Nothing is posted, and no delivery charge applies.
Tracking
Once a parcel is handed over you can follow it on the order tracking page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
